General
What is Moli?
Moli is an at-home support program for children who struggle with attention and self-regulation, and for their parents. Each day your child warms up, plays games and does small tasks in a 15–20 minute screen session; then the screen turns off and you do the day’s activity together. You read a 5–9 minute Parent Academy lesson each day, too.
Who is Moli for?
For children aged 3–13 who find attention, waiting, routines or big feelings hard, and for their parents. Any child can use it, with or without ADHD. The app is designed for parents: a parent creates the account, and the child uses their own area on the phone or tablet the parent opens for them.
Is Moli a health service?
No. Moli is not a health service and does not replace professional advice. It’s a family program designed to support attention and self-regulation skills at home, through play and everyday routines. If you have concerns about your child, talk with your child’s doctor or a children’s mental health professional.
How much time does it take each day?
For your child, a 15–20 minute screen session depending on age, followed by a short screen-free activity with you. Your lesson takes 5–9 minutes. If you miss a day, nothing is lost.
Which devices and languages does it support?
iPhone, iPad and Android phones and tablets. The app is in English and Turkish; it asks which language you’d like on first launch, and you can change it in Settings later.
Your child’s screen
How do you limit screen time?
Each age group has a suggested daily time (15 minutes for Little Ones, 17 for Explorers and 20 for Heroes and Captains), which you can change between 5 and 20 minutes. When time is up, your child’s side closes with a gentle closing screen, and extra time can only be added with your parent PIN. There’s no autoplay, no endless feed and no “one more round.”
What happens if my child misses a day?
Nothing is lost. The program follows your progress, not the calendar: a day that wasn’t done carries on from the same place the next day. Streaks don’t reset, treats aren’t taken away, and the pet never gets hungry or sad.
How do the treats and the pet work?
When your child finishes a task on the phone, they earn its fixed number of treats right away and feed them to the cat, dog, rabbit or bird they chose. The pet grows at fixed, visible steps (“4 more treats until it grows”). There are no surprise boxes, spinning wheels or random prizes; the motivation is a predictable cycle of care.
I have more than one child. How does that work?
Each child gets their own profile, a program for their age group and their own pet. One Moli Family membership covers all your children, and each child’s first 3 program days are free.
Your side
What is the Parent Academy?
A lesson for every day of the program: calming down, routines, attention, waiting, mornings, homework, big feelings, friends and siblings. Each lesson takes 5–9 minutes and includes “Try this” lines, one small step to try today and, most of the time, a printable worksheet.
What is Moli AI, and where do my messages go?
Moli AI is an optional parent assistant that gives short, practical suggestions on things like routines, homework, sleep and angry moments, and it works only with your separate consent. Your messages are sent to OpenAI to generate replies; no identifying details are sent, including your child’s nickname, and email addresses and phone numbers in a message are hidden. Moli AI doesn’t give medical assessments or suggest medication; on those questions it points you to your doctor. You choose how long conversations are kept (1, 30 or 90 days).
Can my child get into the parent area?
No. Leaving child mode and opening settings need your parent PIN, or, if you prefer, Face ID or a fingerprint. Your child’s side has no purchases, no links out, no chat and no ads.
Membership
How does the free start work?
Each child’s first 3 program days are free, with no card needed. After that, new days and Moli AI continue with a Moli Family membership. The yearly plan also comes with the store’s 7-day free trial.
How much is Moli Family?
Moli Family is a monthly or yearly subscription, and the App Store and Google Play show its price in your local currency. One membership covers all your children.
How do I cancel?
Your subscription is managed in the App Store or Google Play: on iPhone, Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions; on Android, Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, it won’t renew. Nothing is lost when a membership ends, and you can still finish the day that’s open.
Privacy and data
What information do you ask for?
For the account, your name and email address; for your child, only a nickname, birth month and year, focus skills and, if you like, interests. We don’t ask for health information, location or access to contacts. Photos stay on your phone, and in voice tasks only the sound level is read; nothing is recorded.
Are there ads or tracking?
No. The app has no ads and no third-party analytics or tracking tools. To make the app better, we keep usage and error records on our own server only, and you can turn them off in Settings. This website doesn’t use cookies either.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, go to Settings → Delete account. Your account is closed right away, and child profiles and all records are permanently deleted shortly afterwards. If you can’t access the app, you can write to us from your account’s email address.
